The aim of our work is to create an informal learning environment based on multimedia software that can excite the imagination and evoke creative thinking. Elements of our packages include text, graphics, animations, sound, interactivity, and simulations.

Eye on Materials   These packages are intended to supplement formal instruction and simultaneously expose topics of current research interest. They are targeted towards undergraduate or beginning graduate students. See parts of a package on The Many Facets of Carbon

Eye on Science - Kids   introduces scientific concepts to children through interactive multimedia stories. Here's a story called A Girl and a Sunbeam.

Why is the Sky Blue? ....
A little girl asks her mother. The answer is given as an illustrated allegorical story. The child is transported out of the
atmosphere, and comes back riding light. As she returns, the story shows her what happens to the different parts of the light, till then all together!
