thinkin' about how to open a "secure" brokerage account... believe i have come to a best choice... but am still thinkin' plan on funding it this coming week after way-in' the options, is it time to jump in? for the time being, figger a critical decision point as june 99 (stay in, get out, or phase out). indicators may tell us *before* then about phasing out, or get in deeper/get out faster strategies. but the copper and the grains....
