there have been several situations with the internet over the last week
1) mae-east in washington d.c. has been like a yo-yo... it's the major router in the region
2) sprint routers in chicago have systematically been going down
3) our local bell atlantic line to the 'net was up and down... we had bell at last night to replace their equipment
so in answer to "whatsup?"... da... who knows?
